14" Cymbal & Gong Holy Grail hihats

Warm, moderately dark jazz hihats. These come in two general weight ranges— light: 800/1000g, and light-medium: 1000/1200g. Lighter sets are quickly responsive, with a lovely sizzle, and tasteful/subdued foot sound. Heavier sets will have a more solid, projecting foot sound, and perhaps a rougher sizzle played half open.  

Note from Todd: These cymbals perform well for jazz in all available weight ranges— my own usual set is even heavier— 1030/1230g.

Very interesting set- fundamentally high sound, solid solid foot sound, solid tone played closed. The exotic sounding bottom cymbal gives them a a little energy boost— a slightly wild edge played open.
