18" Cymbal & Gong Holy Grail crash - “Turkish-style”

Like the rides, Holy Grail crashes come in two forms: “Turkish style” and “American style.” Both varieties crash well, and ride well. 

These Turkish style crashes have a smaller bell, weights are typically thin to medium thin, with a slightly darker, mellower sound.   

Notes on February '25 cymbals: In the current round of 18s there were a few cymbals trending into the light ride category— weights are in the 1300s grams, consistent with a thin or medium thin, but handling is rather stiffer than normal for a crash. They make outstanding 18" jazz rides, with a very pleasing softer edged sound!
